If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website or purchasing our services.
2. Services Offered
Muse provides cultural mediation experiences, including:
- Curated, live guided art tours in Swiss museums and cultural institutions followed by structured group discussions ("Live Events").
- Self-guided digital audio and video guides, downloadable companions, and educational media ("Digital Products").
- Online reservation, ticketing, and content distribution services via the Website.
3. Booking & Participation in Live Events
3.1 Registration & Capacity
- Due to museum regulations and the collaborative nature of our events, participant numbers are strictly limited per group (typically 10 to 15 attendees).
- Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment.
3.2 Museum Admission & Rules
- Unless explicitly stated on the event ticket, event fees cover guided tour mediation and post-tour discussion facilitation. Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid museum entry ticket (or valid Swiss Museum Pass / membership card) where required by the venue.
- Participants must comply with all rules, safety guidelines, and regulations set by host institutions (e.g., Kunsthaus Zürich, Landesmuseum Zürich).
3.3 Cancellations & Refunds
- Customer Cancellations: Ticket purchases for specific fixed-date Live Events are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another person upon prior written notification to contact@muse-arttalk.ch.
- Event Cancellations by Muse: If Muse cancels an event due to guide illness, venue closure, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future date.
4. Digital Products & Self-Guided Tours

Upon purchasing a Digital Product (e.g., audio guides, video recaps, downloadable companion slideshow or PDFs), Muse grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to stream or download the content for personal, non-commercial use.
4.2 Prohibited Use of Digital Content
You may not re-sell, redistribute, broadcast, sub-license, or publicly display any digital audio, video, or written visual companions created by Muse without prior written authorization.
